Over a Dozen Reasons to Host a Teleseminar

Lots of people know I make a great living with telesminars. What they may not know are all the different topics someone can offer on a teleseminar.  Here’s just a sampling of what experts have taught via teleseminars:

  • Elderly care
  • Health and nutrition
  • Weight management
  • Feng Shui
  • How to Improve Your Love Life
  • Law of Attraction
  • Building a dental practice
  • Career development
  • Emotional well being
  • Marketing a book
  • Writing a book
  • Publishing a book
  • Canine/Feline care
  • Raw food nutrition
  • Selecting the best insurance for your needs
  • Equine selection and care
  • Adoption
  • Live events
  • Mentoring/coaching programs
  • Parenting skills
  • Dealing with brain injury of a loved one
  • Grief management

As you can see, the possibilities are endless. Another use of teleseminars is to raise money for nonprofit organizations as well as teach members how to increase membership.

I have done both. Some months ago I hosted a teleseminar to raise money for the Lymphoma & Leukemia Society. With very little effort I raised over $1,000 for the organization. How cool is that?

Imagine being able to do the same for something you want to support with your checkbook.

Once you learn how to host teleseminars you can offer them over and over. You can teach your own clients how to master the art and delivery of teleseminars, you can add teleseminar development to your own service offerings and you can use teleseminars to raise money for nonprofits you believe in.

If you are committed to sharing your consciousness raising message with men and women from around the globe join me on Tuesday, April 27th at 10 a.m. PST for a FR*EE teleseminar on how to make money with teleseminars.

Teleseminars: Reach a Global Market for Practically Nothing

everyday entrepreneurs are searching for effective ways to reach their market.
Some may focus on a local market, regional, nationwide or global. The challenge
can be how to reach your market and have a very high return on your marketing

of the best ways is with teleseminars.  As technology has improved,
teleseminars have become one of the most preferred ways to conduct business
training or promoting products and services.

are many benefits of teleseminars but the most important one is that
participants do not have to commute. You can host or take part in teleseminars
from virtually anywhere — home, office or even halfway across the world. And
you can generate great revenues.

of Teleseminars:

  • Reach a global market with no travel. You
do not have to leave your office to host a training program. Unlike traditional
training courses where you had to consider travel time in the mix, you hardly
have any disruption of your day. All you need to do is be right in front of
your telephone or computer with fast and reliable Internet connection (with
Skype or VOiP) at the scheduled time.
  • As
mentioned earlier, you do not need to travel. Therefore, you have a lot of time
at hand to complete other tasks or prepare for the teleseminar. The stress
involved with traveling and reaching the venue on time is taken away.
  • The cost of hosting or participating in a teleseminar is extremely cost
efficient compared to other methods of training or promoting a business.
  • Most
teleseminars range from 30 – 90 minutes. This means that they are extremely
focused and you can get a lot of relevant information that you can immediately
    put into practice.
  • Most teleseminars have a Q and A session. Participants can get instant
solutions to certain issues that occur in a business scenario. Based on other
people's experiences, you learn which pitfalls should be avoided.

of the major challenges of teleseminars is knowing how to market your event. As
with teleseminars themselves, the marketing can be done with very little cash
outlay. Some of the most effective ways are with media releases, solo messages
to your opt in subscribers, affiliates, joint venture partnerships, social
media marketing and web radio interviews.

are countless other ways to market your session, but what has already been
mentioned is a great start.

you ready to add teleseminars to your product, marketing and service mix? Not
quite sure where to begin? Join my on Tuesday, April 27th at 10 a.m.
PST for a FR*EE session on The Truth about Making Money with Teletseminars.  Click here to claim your spot.

Is your business sustainable enough to give you the freedom to make important choices?

Often we don’t notice something until we are the one
experiencing it.

For example, when a woman is pregnant (or trying to get
pregnant), she will notice expectant women. They seem to be everywhere!

When you have your heart set on a specific make and model of
a car, or you just purchased the car, you notice lots of others exactly like
it. Even down to the color.

Maybe you break a bone, and all of a sudden you notice how
many people are on crutches or have a cast. (I had that experience in August
2009 when I broke my ankle)

One experience hitting home for countless individuals is the
care of an elderly parent. All of a sudden, you see how many adult children are
shopping, walking or dining with an aged parent. You notice lots of elderly men
and women using walkers or motorized carts.

If you are not directly impacted by caring for an elder, you
may not even be aware of how prevalent this is. Yet, caring for a parent is
becoming more common every day.

10 Business Building Tips from 5 Successful Entrepreneurs

It’s no secret that in order to grow your business,
you have to take thoughtful, consistent action. Business success doesn’t happen
overnight and there are many, many roads to get there. Here are 10 business
building tips from four of my super successful colleagues (including two from
me).  You can get a lot more in a brand
new free ebook we’ve put together for you called From Zero to Six Figures – FAST!

Create a Strategy and Process for everything you do
in your business.

Random actions get random results. Whether you're
doing some marketing, offering a teleclass, or doing a live presentation,
networking, or launching a new product you need to map out a strategy that will
take you step by step to the result you want. Once you've nailed down your
process or strategy you can use it again and again to get similar results.
Taking a “shot in the dark” approach where you try an approach hoping
it will work without thinking it through from beginning to end result is like
playing darts while wearing a blindfold. Creating process maps as a visual
really helps with this process. Janis
, Small Business Strategy and
Lifestyle Coach

Be willing to invest in your education. However, as you learn new information, apply it. It
never ceases to amaze me how many people will either not invest anything in
their knowledge base or buy so much, without applying anything. Education
application is a discipline. Kathleen Gage, The Street Smarts Marketer™

Own Your Marketing DNA.  So many
people try to copy others when all they have to do is be true to themselves.
Besides, you can't be anyone else no matter how hard you try. Develop your own
style, your own unique brand. If you like to write, then do blogging and
article marketing, if you have a great voice but are afraid of the camera, then
audio can be your thing, or if you can't wait for your close-up, then step in
front of the camera and let your personality shine. The key is great content,
delivered consistently and in your own voice. Go for it! Ellen Britt, Co-Founder of Marketing Qi

Daily action is required. A great many resistant entrepreneurs fail to take
daily action to build their online presence even though they have seen great
results when they do focus on building an online presence. I'm not referring to
having a website, blog or eBay store. I'm talking about marketing so that
people know your sites or online store exists. Kathleen Gage

Do your keyword research!  Go to Google's Keyword Tool and type in your primary keyword phrase.  Make
sure people are searching for what you're trying to advertise. Marnie
, Creator of

Use a blog as your primary social marketing hub and
home base, so you can attract more search engine traffic with consistent,
keyword rich content.
Your business blog is
where you create your point of distinction in the marketplace and demonstrate
your expertise to build credibility and trust. Then, to boost your visibility
on the Web, syndicate your blog content to strategic social networking sites so
you can attract new prospects and bring them back to your home base with
opportunities for conversion. Denise Wakeman, Founder of The Blog Squad and Online Marketing Advisor

Always have a Call to Action. Never
do advertising or marketing that doesn't include a call to action. Whether
you're placing an ad or sending people to a webpage, always explain clearly what
you want them to do to engage with you further. If you're using direct mail,
phone calls, speaking or networking to grow your business, always provide a
clear action step you want people to take. Go back over all of your marketing
materials, including things like your business card and e-mail signature and
see how you can add a call-to-action. You'll be amazed at how much better your
results will be! Janis Pettit

Become An Online Real
Estate Investor
. No, not that kind! I'm talking about the unused “real
estate” on your website. One of the most valuable pieces of online
property you already possess is your Thank You page. Instead of letting it go
to waste with a generic “thank you for signing up for my newsletter”
message, give your subscribers a great offer on one of your products or
services simply for being a new subscriber. They will appreciate it and you can
quickly separate your buyers from the tire kickers! Ellen Britt

When using articles as a marketing tool,
put your main keyword phrase in your article title, the article summary and the
first 140 characters of the article. Marnie

Use video to drive
traffic and boost your online visibility.
It’s a powerful tool for
increasing trust and credibility because it creates a deeper connection with
the viewer. They spend more time on your site and ultimately have a deeper
level of engagement with you. Denise

Internet marketing – Why do people refuse to listen to the truth?

If there's one thing that pushes my buttons more than just about anything it's the people who absolutely refuse to listen to what the truth is about Internet marketing and making money on the Internet.

No matter how many times they hear the truth, read it or watch it on a video, for some reason they seem to think it doesn't apply to them.

What's the truth? It's this…. you have put effort into your success. There's no other way to put it. You have to work at it.

Does this mean you have to be miserable in the process? No! As a matter of fact, if you have the right attitude you can have a great time working toward success. Every day can be an adventure and something to look forward to.

Recently I conducted a survey to find out what men and women want to know about building their business using the Internet. There were a few multiple choice questions and an open ended question where they could ask me any question they wanted. Although I wouldn't be answering them directly, I would formulate my responses in reports, teleseminars and articles.

There were some incredibly good questions and then there were a few like this, “How can I make a lot of money and not have to put much effort into it?”

Do you learn from the “real deal” when it comes to your blog?

Everywhere you look there are “experts” who tell you what you need to do to build an online busin ess. They tell you how you can make a fortune by following their system. The problem is, far too many haven't accomplished what they are trying to teach you to do. They don't walk their talk.

How can this be? Simple, they buy a program that tells them what to do, they become an affiliate, use PLR products or they replicate what they read or hear.

Personally, I have a real concern with this. Why? Because I believe if I am going to learn from someone I want to know they really know what they are doing. Conversely, if I'm going to teach something doesn't it make sense I should know it works through my own successes?

Fortunately, there are those who are the real deal and believe as I do about accomplishing what we teach. They not only teach budding and established entrepreneurs how to start or continue to grow a business, they apply their own information to build their business.
